Patrick Rhone is a writer living in Saint Paul, MN, with his wife and six-year-old daughter. He is the author of five books, his latest being This Could Help. Through his writing, he tells personal stories and explores ideas about living a life of mindfulness, compassion, introspection, and truth. He does so in an attempt to help others.
