Diane Solinger is the executive director of the Jeremiah Program in Fargo-Moorhead. Her background as an innovative, visionary and pragmatic leader with more than 15 years of senior level management experience at 3 different institutions in positions responsible for student success including student recruitment, retention, career development, campus housing, physical and mental health, involvement and service, financial aid, diversity and campus recreation prepared her for her current role in Jeremiah Program. Even while working in higher education she found ways to utilize her entrepreneurial personality by leading and implementing strategic initiatives including: fund-raising and development; community building; retention initiatives and campus master planning. Diane has consistently been an organizational entrepreneur that gets results.
