Damon Shoholm is the director of the James P. Shannon Leadership Institute of the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, which provides established leaders the opportunity to gain clarity around values, purpose and those things that matter most to them. He has more than 10 years’ experience in leadership development, civic engagement and facilitation training and is trained in the Art of Hosting and Technology of Participation facilitation models. Damon is a graduate of Metropolitan State University and earned a master’s degree in leadership studies and a social studies teaching license from Augsburg College. He currently serves as a board member of the Minnesota Alliance with Youth. Damon is a 2013 alumnus of the Shannon Leadership Institute.
