Christine DeLarbre

Christine DeLarbre is a Community Planning and Development Representative at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where she provides policy guidance, technical assistance and audits for entitlement and competitive grant recipients in Minnesota. Christine has been working in the public and nonprofit sectors since 1995. She has aligned herself with communities and people who have experiences with marginalization, always seeking ways to confront and transform paradigms. She holds a bachelor's degree in women’s studies from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of New Mexico. Christine is a current 2015-16 Humphrey School of Public Affairs Policy Fellow.
