Lance Witzig is the Twin Cities Program Manager for New Sector Alliance, a national organization that works to build up the talent pipeline for the nonprofit sector by providing leadership development fellowships for early career nonprofit professionals. Before coming to New Sector, Lance worked in southern Utah as a Senior Instructor with Evoke Entrada where he managed teams delivering mental health support to adults and adolescents in remote backcountry environments. Building on his experience supporting his clients in deep personal reflection, Lance works to support leaders in reflection that galvanizes meaningful, change-making action.
