Victoria Ford is the Program Associate for the James P. Shannon Leadership Institute at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation. In that role, she manages recruitment, communications and alumni engagement for the Institute. Victoria brings over a decade of experience in developing and facilitating programming for civic engagement and leadership development, including serving as Director of Leadership Development and Design for Leadership for Educational Equity; and Policy Manager for the Citizens League, where she co-created and led the Policy and a Pint® event series. She is trained as a Racial Justice Facilitator with the YWCA of Minneapolis, and currently serves on the Minnesota Department of Human Rights Civic Engagement Committee. Victoria is a 2015 alumnus of the Shannon Leadership Institute.
