Jim Delaney is the founder of Engine for Good. Prior to starting Engine for Good in 2010, Jim’s career ranged from vice president at U.S. Bank to executive director of a Twin Cities nonprofit serving abused and neglected children. He also served on the board of the Twin Cities YMCA and was co-founder of The LEAD Project. Jim is a native of Minneapolis, avid camper, hiker, Netflix watcher, and novice cook.
