Andy Zimney is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience as an organizational manager, facilitator and stage performer. Andy is passionate about helping others do more of what matters most by applying the practices of reflection, creativity, applied improvisation, strategic intuition, and meaningful action. COO at Youth Frontiers, Andy has helped guide the organization over many years of growth as it partners with schools to transform the way young people treat each other in every hallway, lunch line and classroom in America. Andy is an alumnus of the Shannon Leadership Institute, Studio/E, and The Nonprofit Financial Leadership Cohort. He is the founder of Leading Off the Cuff, LLC, and lives in St. Paul, Minnesota, with his wife and three kids.
